The Sick has built-in 25% lifesteal but takes 1 damage per second. The base lifesteal is more than enough healing, so focus on damage and defense instead of additional healing items.
Focus on getting flat range damage early. Don't waste resources on additional lifesteal items. Get armor items when available as they synergize well with constant healing.
Stack flat damage items as SMGs benefit greatly from them. Keep upgrading weapons to level 2 for efficiency. Build speed and dodge for better survivability.
Focus on attack speed and additional defensive stats. The build can handle endgame well due to consistent healing and high armor values.
Avoid lifesteal items as the character's base 25% is more than enough. Don't take HP regen items as they're disabled for this character.
Don't fall into the trap of building more lifesteal. Focus on positioning to maximize damage output. Speed becomes valuable late game for dodging. Prioritize armor over dodge early due to consistent healing.
