How it works
Since the lich damage is how much you heal not damage, and regeneration upgrades only changes the time between regeneration, if you manage to get one or more blood donation, it's a great way to deal damage without doing anything. You want regeneration and health for more damage faster. Your battle strategy is to run around picking up drops from enemies dying in random places and running into monsters so you can regen and deal more damage. Make sure your damage pre second from your blood donation never exceeds your regeneration health per second, otherwise you'll wither away and die. Side note: you can't guarantee much or even any blood donation items, this build improves greatly with the any item shop mod, juggling between your regeneration and blood donation damage.
