Focus on your economy, take every shield you can get because with the buffs from Blunt and Medieval you will easily survive the first few rounds. For the economy I like both luck and harvest so take those whenever possible

By now you will probably get swarmed a bit and while the knockback does wonders, you still want to push your damage and especially your Attack speed while also setting up a bit of Life Steal to mitigate the luck aspect of your healing with slow hitting Weapons. You can also take Range, it does help a bit. Don't be afraid to make more enemies appear, you hit a lot with one swing anyways (the benefit of Melee weapons)
