Power Generator is a cornerstone for Doctor, turning the movement speed you stack for safety into a massive damage multiplier. It scales naturally with Wings and other speed upgrades, letting your regen‑tank playstyle also hit hard in late waves and Endless.

Retromation's Hoodie perfectly complements Doctor by converting dodge into a huge attack speed boost, helping to overcome the -100% Attack Speed penalty. Since Doctor already wants dodge for survival, this item dramatically scales both DPS and survivability at once.

Ricochet adds extra bounces to your projectiles, greatly improving wave clear with Medical Guns and especially late‑game explosive weapons. Doctor's sustain lets him play aggressively around packs, making bounced shots extremely efficient at clearing dense enemy groups.

Sharp Bullet adds extra pierce to your shots, which is excellent with multi‑projectile Medical Guns and other ranged weapons. Doctor's strong sustain makes the small damage penalty negligible compared to the benefit of hitting more enemies per shot.
