Always buy "Hp Regeneration" and "Life Steal" items. Also you can get attack speed items. Armor and slow items is important too but balance with your other stats like speed dont get minus speed stat.

If you found one of these items, you can get without thinking. Bloody hand is so op with masochist. Anvil is good for everytime. You can already heal lot of without Regeneration Potion and Medikit but they good too.
